Race Day Food For Mishka

Breakfast

3 egg whites, 1 yolk scrambled w/pico de gallo, garlic and cilantro
1 banana
Lemon water w/vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Snack (after race)

1 banana
1 bottle of water

Lunch

Biscuit w/gravy
1 sausage patty
1 egg scrambled w/onion and cheese
Hashbrowns
1 cup of coffee w/cream and sugar
Water

Dinner

1 cup of steamed broccoli
Handful of macadamia nuts
2 cups of plain popcorn w/tabasco and fresh grated parmesan cheese
Water

Snack

1 serving of tootsie rolls
