Food On Monday For Mishka

Breakfast

2 HB eggs w/tabasco
1 everything bagelthin w/lite cream cheese, tomato and onion
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

Small bowl of leftover green bean stirfry w/shrimp, garlic, onion, ginger and bellpepper
Lemon water

Snack

Chocolate
1 cup of ginger breakast black tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Dinner

16 whole wheat water crackers
4 slices of provolone
Pico de gallo

Snack

Hot chocolate w/almond milk
Chocolate
