Lunch
Stir-fried w/onion, garlic, green beans, cabbage, beef and ginger
2 glasses of lemon water
Ginger Breakfast Black Tea w/1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk
Dinner
Protein drink w/almond milk, spinach, strawberry, pineapple and vanilla protein powde
Spring greens w/marinated artichokes, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, shrimp, and sesame dressing
Lemon water
Snack
2 tbs of dried fruit and nuts
6 oz of strawberry/honey kefir
