Mishka's Monday Food

Breakfast

Grande mocha
Breakfast sandwich

Lunch

Kung Pao Chicken
Fried rice
Coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water

Dinner

Spring greens w/marinated artichoke hearts, 1/2 avocado, cherry tomatos, bellpepper, baby carrots, 1/3 cucumber and 2 tbs of blue cheese dressing
Lemon water

Snack

4 oz of kefir
1/4 cup of nuts w/dried fruit and yogurt drops
