1/2 cup of steamed jasmine rice w/almond milk, butter, 1 tsp of raw sugar, raisins and raw pecans
Lemon water w/vit c and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lunch
1 cup of left over beef stir-fried w/ginger, garlic, cabbage, onion and green beans.
1 cup of double chai tea w/ 1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Lemon water
Snack
Tortilla chips w/ 2 tbs cottage cheese mixed with salsa
1 cup of hot water with 2 tbs apple cider vinegar adn 1 tbs of honey
Lemon water w/vit c crystals added
Dinner
Leftover Kaeng Khua Saparot Gai (Thai pineapple chicken curry) over spring greens
1 cup of steamed edamame
Lemon water
Snack
6 oz of strawberry/honey kefir
1/2 cup of dried fruit, nuts and yogurt drops
2 cups of plain popcorn w/tabasco and fresh parm
