Thursday Food

Breakfast

Everything bagelthin w/neufchatel, onion, tomato, and lox
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

Leftover shrimp and green bean stirfry
Lemon water

Snack

Chocolate
1 cup of ginger breakast black tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Dinner

2 HB eggs w/tabasco
1/2 cup of cottage cheese with pico de gallo
10 whole wheat water crackers
Acorn squash w/butter and 1 tsp of raw sugar
Lemon water

Snack

Serving of mini tootsie rolls
