Snack
7 whole grain water crackers w/almond milk
1 tsp of honey
1 cup of Double Chai tea w/1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Dinner
Laab gai
Green cabbage
Water
Snack
4 tbs of yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
