Eats For Sunday

Breakfast

Piece of cheddar squash bake
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/ 1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk
Emergen-C

Lunch

4 pork gyozas steamed with corn
Lemon water

Snack

6 whole grain water crackers w/almond butter and 1 tsp of honey
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/ 1 tsp of raw sugar and almond milk

Dinner

Steamed salmon
Steamed brussel sprouts
Lemon water

Snack

4 tbs of plain yogurt w/dried blueberries and dry roasted unsalted peanuts
