Tuesday Food For Mishka

Breakfast

Fuji apple w/almond butter
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/ 1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

Fish and chips
1/2 coleslaw
Sweet potato fries
Water
1 glass of iced chai tea
1 cup of hot chai tea

Dinner

Raw veggies
1/4 cup of parmesan, artichoke, jalepeño dip
Water
