Sunday Eats For Mishka

Breakfast

3 egg whites, scrambled with onion, garlic and parmesan cheese
Lemon water and vitamins
1 cup of coffee w/ 1 tsp raw sugar and almond milk

Lunch

1/2 cup of steamed corn
2 gyoza
1 tilapia filet steamed
8 brussel sprouts, steamed
2 tbs of salsa, 1 tbs mayo mixed
1 cup of Earl Grey tea w/1 tsp of sugar and almond milk 
Water

Snack

9 whole grain water crackers w/almond butter and 1 tsp of honey
1 cup of hot chocolate

Dinner

Handful of honey roasted sliced almonds
Steamed edamame
Stove top plain popcorn w/tabasco and fresh parmesan
Water
