Breakfast

2 toasted slices of Thin Dave's 21 grain bread with butter
Whey protein drink with almond milk and raspberries
Iced coffee with almond milk
2 16 oz glasses of water
Vitamins

Lunch

Tuna salad and crackers snack pack
1/2 cup of blueberries
Iced tea

Dinner

1 steamed tilapia filet
2 steamed broccoli flowers
1/2 cup of pico de gallo
1 tbs mayo
16 oz glass of water
