1 tsp of mayo mixed with 2 tbs of salsa
1 glass of iced tea
Snack
1/4 of small cantalope
1 glass of iced tea
1 Emergen-C packet with water
Dinner
Spring greens w/cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion
8 pieces of shrimp
1 tbs of creamy sesame dressing
1 16 oz glass of water
Snack
1 Fuji apple
2 tbs of saurkraut
