Breakfast

Whey protein drink with frozen strawberries and almond milk
2 slices of Thin Dave's 21 grain bread w/butter
Iced coffee
2 16 oz glasses of water
Vitamins

Lunch

1 Fuji apple
2 tbs of almond butter
Iced tea

Dinner

5 oz of Black Angus steak
Grilled veggies
1 slice of garlic bread
Mashed potato
Water
