Wednesday Food for Mishka

Breakfast

Egg whites scrambled with onion and garlic
Applesauce with cinnamon
Iced coffee w/ almond milk
2 16 oz glasses of water
Vitamins

Lunch

Left over mashed potatoes
Grilled veggies
5 oz of Black Angus steak
1/4 cup of red seedless grapes
Iced tea

Dinner

4 white corn tortillas
2 slices of pepper jack cheese
10 dark chocolate covered cranberries
10 carrots w/2 tbs of hummus
16 oz of water
