Monday Food

Breakfast

2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup of fresh cut pineapple
12 oz of coffee w/ 1 tsp raw sugar, almond milk
16 oz of lemon water
Vitamins

Lunch

1/4 cup steamed edamame
1/2 cup of miso soup
1 pot of green tea
6 pieces of tuna sashimi
6 pieces of yellowtail sashimi
2 pieces of unagi nigiri
2 pieces of salmon nigiri
Water

Snack

Hydroxycut packet
Iced tea
Japanese crackers

Dinner

3/4 cup of Laab Gai
1 cup of fresh cabbage
1/4 of a cucumber
16 oz of water

Snack

4 tbs of organic yogurt
1 tbs of dried blueberries
1 tbs unsalted dry roasted peanuts
