Tuna fish salad w/onion, bellpepper, relish, mayo
Multigrain water crackers
Iced tea

Snack

6 pieces of dark chocolate covered fruit
1/2 serving of unsalted dry roasted peanuts

Dinner

3/4 cup of chicken and vegetable noodle soup (from freezer supply)
10 multigrain crackers w/cream cheese
1/2 serving of dry roasted cashews (unsalted)
Cutie orange
Fuji Apple
1/2 cup of cottage cheese w/black pepper
