Thursday Food

Breakfast

Egg whites w/garlic, onion, cilantro and bell pepper
Banana
16 oz of lemon water
Vitamins
12 oz of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar, almond milk

Lunch

2 hard boiled eggs
6 raw mini peppers
Iced tea

Snack

5 pieces of dark chocolate covered fruit
1 tbs of dry roasted unsalted cashews
Hydroxycut packet
Tangerine

Dinner (at Bunco)

1 chicken thigh
3 chicken nuggets
1 tbs of coleslaw
Water
