16 oz of lemon water
8 oz of coffee w/1 tsp raw sugar, almond milk

Lunch

Steamed salmon fillet
Steamed broccoli w/ 1/2 tsp of fresh grated parm
Chai tea w/ 1 tsp raw sugar, almond milk
Hydroxycut packet

Dinner

4 pieces of Trader Joe's Nuggettes
Steamed zucchini
4 raw mini peppers
