So here we go:
Monday
Breakfast
- 1 bowl Kix Berry cereal with 1% milk
- 1 hot green tea with 1 tsp sugar/milk
- 1 glass of water
Lunch
- PB and J sandwich on 12 grain bread
- 1 handful of white corn tortilla chips
- 2 glasses of Diet Coke
- 1 glass of water
Dinner
- 1 bowl stir fried greenbeans, onions, peppers, spices, and shrimp with steamed jasmine rice
- 1 glass of cran/apple juice with vodka
- 2 glasses of water
Tuesday
Breakfast
- 1 bowl Mueslix whole grain cereal with 1% milk
- 1 cup hot Trader Joe's tea with 1 tsp sugar/milk
- 1 glass of water
Lunch
- 1 can of tuna with 1 tblsp Mayo/Mustard, and chopped onions.
- 10 roasted garlic Water Crackers
- 1 tblsp Jiffy Chunky Peanut Butter
- 2 glasses of Diet Coke
- 1 glass of water
Dinner
- 1 bowl of homemade chili con carne with slim grated mozzerella/1 tsp light sour cream
- 1 piece of Jiffy cornbread
- 1 glass of 1% milk
I think that is it. Can't think of anything else. I have to go to the grocery store soon so we don't have a lot in the house to cheat with...haha.
