Food for Monday

Breakfast
  • 1 onion bagel toasted
  • 1 egg scrambled w/onions, garlic, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg white scrambled w/onions, garlic, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese
  • 3 slices of microwaved turkey bacon
  • 1 glass of 1% milk
  • 1 glass of iced coffee w/1% milk
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

Bowl of Ramen not unlike mine.
  • 2 servings (like anyone only eats 1/2 a bag) of Top Ramen w/onions, bellpepper, mozzerella cheese
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke
  • 1 glass of water

Dinner

  • 1 serving of steamed jasmine rice
  • 1 serving of steamed broccoli
  • 1 serving of Thai soybean sauce w/chilies
  • 1 glass of 1% milk
  • 1 glass of water

Snack

  • 1 cup of hot chocolate
  • 1 serving of graham cracker
  • 1 glass of water
