- 1 glass of iced coffee w/1% milk
- 1 glass of water
Lunch
- 2 servings (like anyone only eats 1/2 a bag) of Top Ramen w/onions, bellpepper, mozzerella cheese
- 1 glass of Diet Coke
- 1 glass of water
Dinner
- 1 serving of steamed jasmine rice
- 1 serving of steamed broccoli
- 1 serving of Thai soybean sauce w/chilies
- 1 glass of 1% milk
- 1 glass of water
Snack
- 1 cup of hot chocolate
- 1 serving of graham cracker
- 1 glass of water
