Food for Monday

Okay, it is a new week so I need to get on the ball...too bad Monday was shot with school work the ENTIRE time...at least I am done.

Breakfast
  • 2 slices of multigrain toast
  • 2/3 serving of roasted turkey
  • 1 serving of lite Laughing Cow cheese
  • 2 big coffees w/sugar and milk

Lunch

  • 1 steak wrap (tortilla, cheese, lettuce, tomato, steak, sauce)
  • 1 serving of tortilla chips
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke
  • 3 huge glasses of water (over the course of schoolwork)
  • a small amount of salsa

Dinner

  • 2 small pieces of combo pizza
  • 1 serving of bread sticks
  • 1 bottle of Yuengling beer
  • 1 huge glass of water
