Breakfast

- 2/3 serving of roasted turkey
- 1 serving of lite Laughing Cow cheese
- 2 big coffees w/sugar and milk
Lunch
- 1 steak wrap (tortilla, cheese, lettuce, tomato, steak, sauce)
- 1 serving of tortilla chips
- 1 glass of Diet Coke
- 3 huge glasses of water (over the course of schoolwork)
- a small amount of salsa
Dinner
- 2 small pieces of combo pizza
- 1 serving of bread sticks
- 1 bottle of Yuengling beer
- 1 huge glass of water
