Tuesday Eats

Breakfast
  • 1 english muffin toasted
  • 1 serving of peanut butter
  • 1 large coffee with milk and sugar
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 slice of pizza
  • 2 breadsticks
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke
  • 1 glass of water

Dinner

  • 1 serving of leftover Tom Yum Goong
  • 1 serving of steamed jasmine rice
  • 2 servings of salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, celery, cucumber, bell pepper)
  • 1/2 serving of sliced steak
  • 1 serving of blue cheese dressing
  • 1 serving of cheddar cheese

Snack

  • 2 tootsie rolls
  • 1 sweet tart roll
  • 1/3 bag of light microwaved popcorn
  • 3 glasses of water
