Food on Saturday

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of Raisin Nut Bran w/ 1% milk
  • 1 large cup of coffee w/milk and sugar
  • 2 glasses of water

Lunch

  • 1 bowl of Campbell's Tomato Soup w/1% milk
  • 1 grilled cheese sandwich w turkey and onion
  • 1 serving of Ritz Crackers
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke
  • 2 glasses of water

Dinner

  • 1 baked potato
  • 1 serving of homemade chili w/lite sourcream and shredded cheese
  • 2 glasses of water

Snack

  • 1 serving of applesauce
  • 1 serving of sunflowers seeds
