Friday's Food

Breakfast
  • 1 bowl of Musilex cereal w/1% milk
  • 1 cup of coffee w/1 tsp sugar & milk

Lunch

  • 1 serving of tuna salad (mayo, mustard, relish, onions)
  • 1 serving of Triscuit crackers
  • 1 burrito (meat, beans, cheese, onions, salsa, sourcream, lettuce, tomato)
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke

Dinner

  • 2 servings of Thai green curry with chicken
  • 1 1/2 servings of steamed jasmine rice
  • 3 glasses of water

Snack

  • 1 Yoplait lite yogurt
