Thursday Food

Breakfast
  • 1 onion bagel
  • 1/2 serving of lite cream cheese
  • 2/3 serving of ham
  • 2 cups of coffee w/1 tsp sugar & 1% milk
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 sandwich (ham, cheddar, mayo, mustard, multigrain bread, lettuce, tomato)
  • 2 glasses of Diet Coke
  • 1 serving of tortilla chips
  • 1 serving of salsa

Dinner

  • 1/2 serving of stirfried veggies
  • 1/2 serving of spaghetti
  • 1/2 serving of steamed jasmine rice
  • 1 serving of steamed summer squash
  • 1 serving of salad w/ 1/2 serving of blue cheese dressing
  • 1 glass of water

Snacks

  • 5 candy corns
  • 2 Tootsie Rolls
  • 1 Sweettart Roll
  • 1 serving of roasted peanuts (no salt)
  • 2 servings of sunflower seeds
  • 1 serving of cheddar cheese
  • 1 serving of applesauce
