Saturday Fitness

I broke down and went to the gym....it was kind of strange how good it felt.

20 minutes on the elliptical (70 RPMs on Hill profile Level 3)
20 minutes on the recumbant bike (60 rpms on Manual profile Level 3)
20 minutes of overall upper body weights...pull ups, benchpress, back press, abs, good morning raises

I probably overdid it a bit on the elliptical (rocking out to C&C on my shuffle), but it felt good to push it a bit.
