Tuesday Eating

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of Supreme Oatmeal w/evaporated milk
  • 1 large coffee w/sugar and evaporated milk
  • 2 glasses of water

Lunch


  • 4 pieces of sushi
  • 1 1/2 rolls of sushi
  • 1 20 oz Diet Coke

Dinner

  • 2 burritos (tortillas, taco meat, black beans, mozarella cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, salsa, and lite sourcream)
  • 1 salad (lettuce, celery, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper) w/Newman's lite honey mustard dressing
  • 1 glass of OJ w/vodka
  • some nuts
  • 10 grapes
  • 1 apple
  • 2 glasses of water
