Monday Food

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of Supreme Oatmeal w/evaporated milk (trying to use up leftovers from pumpkin pie baking)
  • 1 large coffee w/sugar and evaporated milk

Lunch

  • 1 onion bagel toasted
  • 1 serving of cheddar cheese
  • 1 veggie burger patty
  • 2 glasses of water

Dinner


  • 1 serving of steamed jasmine rice
  • 1 serving of Thai ginger chicken
  • 1 serving of pumpkin pie w/lite Cool Whip
  • 1 large salad (lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, onion, tomato) w/lite Newman's Honey Mustard dressing
  • 1 glass of OJ w/vodka
  • 1 glass of water
