Eating on Friday

Breakfast
  • 1 onion bagel toasted
  • 1 serving of lite creamcheese
  • 2/3 serving of ham
  • 1 large coffee w/sugar and milk
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 avocado (cut in half with salt)
  • 1 handful of cashews (salted)
  • 1 serving of leftover chili with tortilla chips
  • 1 glass of sweet tea
  • 1 glass of water

Dinner

  • 2 pieces of beer battered Atlantic cod
  • 1 large serving of french fries
  • 5 fried mushrooms
  • 2 glasses of water

Snack

  • 2 tootsie rolls
