Thursday Eats

Breakfast
  • 1 onion bagel toasted
  • 1 serving of lite creamcheese
  • 2/3 serving of sliced ham
  • 1 large coffee w/sugar and evaporated milk (can is done).
  • 1 banana
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 glass of slim fast
  • 1 serving of portobelli mushroom ravioli with sun dried tomato sauce
  • 2 servings of salad
  • 2 glasses of sweet tea
  • 1 liter bottle of water

Dinner

  • 1 burrito (meat, toritilla, black beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, lite sourcream)
  • 3 rice cakes w/apple butter
  • 10 red seedless grapes
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 2 tootsie rolls
