Food on Monday

Breakfast
  • Onion bagel toasted with lite creamcheese and ham slices
  • Large coffee w/milk and sugar

Lunch

  • Leftover Thai fried rice with chicken
  • 20 oz Diet Coke

Dinner

  • Pan-fried ribeye steak w/sauteed mushrooms and onions
  • Red potatoes with parsley
  • Cornbread
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 can of ginger ale
