- 1 serving of Triscuit crackers (low fat)
- 1 glass of sweet tea
- 1 serving of cheddar cheese
Dinner
- 1 serving of Slimfast drink
- 1 salad w/lite honeymustard dressing (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, tomato)
- handful of roasted nuts (no salt)
