Food on Wednesday

Breakfast
  • Honeynut Cheerios w/1 % milk
  • Large coffee w/milk and sugar

Lunch

  • 1 can of tuna salad (tuna, onion, relish, mayo, mustard)
  • 1 serving of Triscuit crackers (low fat)
  • 1 glass of sweet tea
  • 1 serving of cheddar cheese

Dinner

  • 1 serving of Slimfast drink
  • 1 salad w/lite honeymustard dressing (lettuce, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, tomato)
  • handful of roasted nuts (no salt)
