I had 2 fruit slashes and 2 oil slashes left at the end of the day. I actually ate one more grain than I should have but that is okay...I think generally I underestimate anyhow.
So I ate:
3 veggies
3 proteins
5 grains
6 sugars
3 dairys
3 oils/spreads
1 fruit
Didn't get much activity in...it was a catch up day (and I didn't even get much of that in either).
