Walked 2 miles without lunges. Would have done more but construction was blocking part of my path. Went geocaching for about 1 hour...did some yardwork for about an hour. Worked up a sweat and got some sun on my shoulders.
Ate one serving of cereal w/1 % milk for breakfast.
Had two large cups of coffee around noon. Ate ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread for lunch.
Had Powerbar midday for snack. Drank lots of water.
Ate one serving of spinach tortellini with pesto, four slices of baguette with garlic and margarine, and two servings of steamed broccoli for dinner.
Ate one serving of roasted unsalted peanuts, a serving of grapes and one 40 calorie fudgecicle for snack.
