I took Monday off after playing soccer on Sunday...felt like I had a bit of a cold relapse. Anyhow on Tuesday, I did 4 miles walking (about 1 hour) and 3 sets of walking lunges (10 lunges per leg). I think I strained a muscle in my right leg on Sunday at soccer so it was really hurting during the lunges but nothing major.
I haven't been as good about eating (not eating bad things really, but it seems like I might be eating too much). Thing is that with soccer, if I don't eat enough, then I run out of gas half way through and am completely worthless...
Haven't been to the gym in a while...have been trying to do abs and at least pushups at home.
