I just realized I dropped below the next weight category. I now only get 20 points a day. This has completely changed how I feel about my weigh in. I want to eat a bunch so I go back over the threshold, so I get more food! I'm feeling really deprived right now and that is NOT a good motivation.

You need some core foods at your desk instead of just the snacks. Get some veggies to chew on. I know they don't taste that great but they will tide you over.
I can probably do that for a day or two, but I can't make myself eat something I don't like day in and day out.
Are there some veggies you do like?
Baby carrots are a life saver for me...I throw them on my plate with my sandwich so I don't eat tortilla chips. I love the fresh tomatoes we have gotten lately too...oooooh and cucumber...now that tastes like summer.
I can eat one, maybe two, raw baby carrots before I gag. The only other veggies I will eat raw are cauli and brocolli and cauli is the only one I actually enjoy. Don't like tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, radishes or most of the other typical raw veggies. It sucks being picky sometimes.
