I know this is probably too low. Hopefully I can find out where I should be at tonight.
My BMR says that I should be eating 1774 a day.
Exercise
No exercise today because of the meeting. Hitting the gym tomorrow.

So basically, you could eat like you did today, everyday and not exercise and still lose 1 pound a week...until you lost enough that your BMR changed.
If you throw exercising in there, you can eat more and still lose that pound a week.
