Grilled Mushrooms, Zuch, Onion, Bell Pepper w/rice wine & peanut oil 3 points
(have left overs for lunch)

20 Points- too low, should have ate lunch

Wow sis, I am amazed at how little you are eating....aren't you hungry, or are you filling up on veggies. Don't let your calorie intake get too low as that slows your metabolism down and we don't want that.
You are doing so good, I am proud of you.
I'm filling up on veggies and protein really fills me up. I was hungry yesterday because I skipped lunch. I have to remember not to do that.
