Well I was pretty disappointed in my weigh in last night. I have only lost 2.2 pounds. I know that I was down 4 pounds but somehow gained 2 on Sunday or Monday. I was upset about it last night but I have to move on. I can't turn back now. I'm going to Yoga during lunch and to the gym tonight. I hope that makes me feel better.

Don't be too hard on yourself...2 lbs a week is a healthy amount to lose. You should also not be so concerned with one or two pounds...since water can send us up and down a few times a month, huh? I think you are doing great...stick with it.
Thanks sis. I guess I just felt like I've worked really hard and it was going to better. I think that this week will be better because I am going to try to hit the gym more often.
Like I said, 1.5 to 2 pounds is what they told us to expect. I think you're doing great!!! You have to look at the long haul. Mishka's right about a pound or two here and there. You know you're eating healthy and cutting your intake, which can only have a good effect in the long run. The gym will be great for your health, which is really what it's all about!
Do you have a yoga class you go to at lunch or do you just do a tape privately somewhere?
The class is held at lunch time. It is really convenient. This class was much harder and I was sore afterwards so I bailed on the gym again (bad).
