I am not sure why I am having a hard time getting motivated but at least I am not overeating. I think if I can get out of bed earlier in the morning, I can get a walk in outside before it gets hot and then hit the gym later in the day. I know if I get started I will be able to stick with it, it is just getting it going that takes some effort.

I hear ya. I really need to go to the gym but bad traffic was my excuse. :-( I can't tomorrow because I'm having some filling replaced at the dentist. I really need to recommit myself to the gym.
Yeah, well tomorrow I have to do something because I had 3 peanut butter cookies and a glass of milk for dessert tonight and I plan to put it on my log for tomorrow, when I will be doing something called exercise and can work it off...although it was only an extra 370 calories....
