Total calories 918 -BMR 1461 is -543 which looks okay from the final total but the original amount of calories is way too low. I didn't do any exercise and I got busy and forgot about dinner...lunch was kind of late. I'll do better tomorrow.

Don't forget about meals. Maybe you could set your alarm on yoru watch so remind yourself.
I didn't totally forget, I just got busy on the computer and it was already late, I was feeling guilty about eating at Olive Garden and no workout...it all added up to not eating dinner.
