How do the activity points work? Do they just subtract a food point from your total?
I think you are doing great and should be able to splurge a bit without feeling like you are failing...you'll get right back to it tomorrow, I know you will because it is working for you and that is a great motivator.
Check out my Saturday. Maybe it will make you feel better ;)
Doing the exercise was a good way to compensate for the few extra points from the pizza.
Have you tried the DeLite pizza from Papa Murphy's? It's only 3 points for a 1/10th of the cheese or hawaiian kind.
Activity points take away from the food points. I don't want to use them because I want my weight to come off quicker. I got back on it today and I went to the gym. I think I'm going to go to the gym tomorrow after work.
I've tried the Delite pizza and it is good. We were being lazy and wanted a specific kind. It's funny because we used to order and medium or a large and we order a small.
Thanks for your encouragement guys. I really hope I'm not too disappointed tomorrow. Oh and your Saturday wasn't too bad Sprite.
That's only because I didn't eat the third piece of pizza I really, really wanted :(
Oh duh, I didn't have pizza on Saturday.
Brian had been craving mac & cheese from nothing but noodles for weeks, so we finally went there. It was good, but frankly not worth the points and I felt kindof sluggish afterwards.
He enjoyed it but was feeling deprived because he couldn't eat as much as he wanted.
I doubt we'll go back again for awhile, since we both seemed to be disappointed.
