Well I didn't gain as much as I thought I did. I actually gained .8 pounds. It isn't good but it could be worse. The funny thing is when I woke up this morning it felt like I dropped 3 pounds. In any case I am back on track and I am going to the gym after work.

I swear those pesky pounds know it's weigh in day and mess you up! I'm glad you are back on track. Going to the gym will definitely help!
