Chicken's weigh in
I don't know what the hell is going on here but I'm pissed. I gained .6 pounds!!! I feel like I am loosing weight but the scales say otherwise. Well the scale at weight watchers on Monday evenings. Ha Ha and I talked about it last night and we have a theory. Roughly two weeks ago I started eating pretzels as a snack. It might just be that I am eating too much salt. So I'm going to lay off the pretzels this week and see if there is a change. Of course there is no turning back with this so I will keep on trucking.

Could be salt but it seems that it would make you feel bloated and fatter if you were retaining water. I think that if you feel thinner and your clothes fit better, you are probably just gaining muscle and that is throwing off your poundage since muscle weighs more than fat...plus side to this is that muscle burns more calories than fat as well.
Try your pretzel theory but don't be too hard on yourself, you are doing great.
