Today was a bad food day. I went out to lunch with my office mates and didn't have a lot of choice for lunch. I tried to pick the least bad thing, but it ended up being full of noodles and not very filling.
Because it was so many points, I tried not to eat much in the afternoon to save points for dinner. By the time I got home, I was tired and my blood sugar was in the basement. We didn't have much to cook and I didn't want another frozen dinner. The only thing that sounded good and was fast enough was fast food. I guess I didn't do too bad, all things considered.
But that issue of coming home starving and not having the energy to cook comes up fairly often. I could have a snack, but I feel like I'm wasting precious points just to make it another hour before eating.

Thanks, Tony! I just get frustrated because I feel like I'm being forced to eat things and use up my precious points because of work or my own metabolism!
