Sprite's Sunday

Today was my first day back on Weight Watchers. It was hard to cut back down my portions and have to be mindful of my points while eating. But I was getting kind of sick eating junk food and it will be good to be back on the health wagon.

It will be interesting to see what happens at weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I haven't gained too much back and can keep trucking to my first goal of 10% loss.

Subway turkey & ham with cheese 6 points
1/2 bag Baked Lays 1 point

apple 1 point
WW chocolate cake 1 point

baked chicken with corn flake coating 4 points
baked potato with butter buds 1 point
1 cup steamed green beans 0 points
1 cup skim milk 2 points

1 toll house chocolate chip cookie 5 points (there are only two more left!)
TOTAL: 23 points (32 bonus points remaining)

Yeah junk food doesn't seem worth it to me anymore although I do get tempted once in a while.

Honestly, it's much more the convenience than the taste or satisfaction of it. I just don't feel like cooking most of the time and it's such a hassle to eat things that aren't fast and easy.
