I didn't go to the gym...I was exhausted after work :-(

You shouldn't work out if you're exhausted. You're MUCH more likely to injure yourself!
It's hell week, cut yourself a little slack :)
You'll get there...I have faith in you!!! Just keep telling yourself that you want to get past this plateau and more work is the only way.
