1 Kashi bar 2 points

Lunch
WW Creamy Rig w/Chick & Broc 6 points

Dinner
1/4 cup falafel 3 points
2 tsp hummus 2 point
2 tsp nf tsatsiki sauce 1 point
1 tsp feta cheese 1 point
1 tsp canola oil (absorbed by falafel) 1 point
1 pita 4 points
Lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber 0 points

Exercise
45 minute walk

I didn't go to the gym...I was exhausted after work :-(

You shouldn't work out if you're exhausted. You're MUCH more likely to injure yourself!
