Mishka's Saturday

Breakfast

1 sourdough English muffin
1 tbs of chunky peanut butter
1 Georgia coffee
2 12 oz glasses of water

Lunch

12 pieces of sushi
2 cups of green tea
Water

Exercise

Walking for 35 minutes (about 5000 steps)

Dinner

2 eggrolls
1/2 a cup of Pad Thai
1/2 a cucumber
1/2 a tomato
Water

Snack

1 Fuji Apple

Not too bad for my first day back....
