Saturday for Mishka

Breakfast

2 eggs scrambled w/garlic, onion, bellpepper and tomato
1 serving of skim mozzarella
1 onion bagel
1 Georgia coffee
Water

Exercise

Walked 1 mile (about 15 minutes)
Waxed 1/2 car (J did other half)
20 minutes of cardio on recumbant bike, level 3
10 minutes of abs on flat incline bench

Lunch (at Yoshinoya)

Medium pork and onion bowl (grilled meat w/rice)
Water

Exercise

45 minutes of snorkeling at Meada Point

Dinner

1 lean tenderloin chop
1 cup of previously frozen peas
1 serving of chicken flavored pasta

Snack

1 lite Yoplait yougurt
1 fruitcup of applesauce
Water
