Medium pork and onion bowl (grilled meat w/rice)

45 minutes of snorkeling at Meada Point
Dinner
1 lean tenderloin chop
1 cup of previously frozen peas
1 serving of chicken flavored pasta
Snack
1 lite Yoplait yougurt
1 fruitcup of applesauce
